
How to report maintenance
- Open the MMgr Tenant app or report online
- Click report an issue or complete the web form
- Select the type of issue
- Write a detailed description or use voice to text on your device. The more detail the better. For example, don’t just put ‘leaky tap’, is it the hot or cold tap, located in the shower or bath, etc.
- Take photos
- Send request
As the request progresses, you will receive email updates and you can check the status of the job at any time through the app or web portal. Once the maintenance issue has been attended to, you may receive a verification request to confirm that the work has been satisfactorily completed.
