How to report maintenance
- Open the MMgr Tenant Portal
- Click on either Emergency or General repairs
- Select the type of category
- Choose an option for the problem and answer subsequent questions. The more detail the Property Manager has, the better
- There will be an option to write a detailed description and upload photos prior to submitting
- Submit request
As the request progresses, you will receive email updates on the status of the job. Once the maintenance issue has been attended to, you may receive a verification request to confirm that the work has been satisfactorily completed.
