All correspondence sent to promote the PropertySafe Safer Home Evaluation Reports is sent via Maintenance Manager. The emails are written in your own words and addressed from you. As a professional agent you are simply recommending your rental providers invest in a report to help meet legislation requirements and compliance.
When complete, the report goes directly to the rental provider. Identified issues and any non compliance are displayed as an action in Maintenance Manager so the property manager can action asap.
