Available free of charge, your owners can now view, search and download their property details all from their own mobile, tablet or computer.

Property data available in the Landlord Portal
The Landlord Portal works with most Trust Systems to extract the property information that is now available in the portal. The data that displays is dependant on the Trust System used by your agency. It is important to note that if your agency would like to make additional information (lease and financial data) available to your owners, this setting will need to be turned on in the Global Settings of MMgr. Please see the table below that outlines the information available from each Trust System. Please contact our Client Services team if you require more information regarding the data displayed in the portal.

Inspection data
Please note that only PropertySafe and InspectSafe Inspection data will display in the portal. If your agency is not using the InspectSafe App for your inspections your routine, ingoing and outgoing inspection data will not display in this section.
Owner on-boarding to the Landlord Portal
The Landlord Portal is available to all owners immediately. We recommend sending out a mass correspondence from within MMgr inviting your owners to access the Portal and create an account.
To make this process easier, we have prepared this template that you can use within MMgr. By clicking the link in the email, your owners will be directed to a log-in page, where they will be asked to create an account and set a password for themselves. After setting the password, they will be directed right into the dashboard of the Portal.
