Since our acquisition by Home Trades Hub Australia (HTHA), our team has been working hard behind the scenes to learn directly from the clients we serve or have served in the past – people like you – with a goal of shaping the best possible future for Maintenance Manager as your ideal workflow management system. Now the results are in.
PropertySafe became part of the Home Trades Hub Australia (HTHA) family in November 2020. It was an exciting evolutionary step for our rapidly growing company because HTHA is backed by two of Australia’s most trusted brands, IAG and RACV. Because of this rock-solid support, we now have the means to invest in products, services and technology that will make things even better for the people we serve, namely property managers, trades and community housing managers. The acquisition marked the beginning of an exciting journey for us because our charter has always been centred on making your lives easier and more efficient while keeping people and properties safe and compliant. We knew this partnership was the best way to deliver that.
Helping us help you
Before planning the future of Maintenance Manager, we needed your help. It was important for us to know what was working well, what wasn’t working as well as you’d like, and what you’d like to see more or less of. Our goal was to uncover exactly what is important to you and how we can deliver best practice in the market to help solve or streamline the problems and challenges you face in your everyday workflows. This information would be pivotal in enabling us to improve the software so that it helps you deliver better service to your landlords, trades and tenants and eases the burden on you.
We engaged Micromex, a third-party company specialising in market research, to conduct an online survey followed up with telephone surveys for more in-depth discussions. The objective of the survey was clear: to ask past and present Maintenance Manager customers:
- Why they use the software
- Why those who no longer use it decided to leave
- What we are doing right or wrong
- What they like and don’t like about the software
- What customers want and expect the platform to be able to do
- Ideas for improvement
A combination of current and past users participated in an online and telephone survey and here is a snapshot of what was uncovered.
