Vanessa is one of our newest team members, joining in June this year. Vanessa has already jumped in and started to build great relationships with our customers. You may hear from Vanessa at some point so we would thought it would be a good idea for you to get to know her a little.
Why did you become a Client Account Manager? Was it something you always aspired to do?
I love good customer service, personally and professionally. I enjoy assisting people and business to be better than yesterday. Seems it was a natural journey throughout my work career. I get value out of my day and a sense of success in helping.
Where did you work before joining Maintenance Manager?
I worked with a multi-franchise car dealership, managing their call centre and retention programs.
How do you work with clients to resolve their problems/meet their needs?
Firstly, listen to our clients. If there are issues, ask questions to identify what the problem is or how it could have occurred. Reach out to our teams to work through to a solution and to ensure our clients are well supported. Sometimes it might be education or a simple support task, ensure they are followed up. Reach out to maintain relationship and possible continuous improvement.
What do you like most about what you do?
I have learnt so much over recent months, I really enjoy learning more about how each agency uses the platform. Each agency is unique, and I enjoy getting to know their contacts. Most of all I enjoy the team at Maintenance Manager, they are a supportive and an inviting team.
What do you love about working with Maintenance Manager?
The team environment. Having company purpose and vision, alongside values and positive culture can be a business strategy, however Maintenance Manager provides and lives just this. Each day is a pleasure to work with some amazing talented teams who are humble, hardworking, all working together. The platform provides our clients and their clients opportunities to reduce risk, whilst becoming more efficient.
